DIGISEQ’s payment-enabled haptic wristbands in partnership with CrowdSync were a huge success and provided multi-sensory engagement opportunities for the team on site. Wristbands were activated for both LED and haptic vibration at important points during the event and automatically at payment transaction creating a fun and engaging environment. Guests could also access event information via the tap-to-mobile interface, including entry to Mastercard competitions and key messaging for the day.
